Talk at the University Copenhagen by psychologist and former Buddhist monk Stephan Pende Wormland, teacher at the Center for Wisdom and Compassion. We believe that the release of intense emotions involves work and effort. Natural Mindfulness opens up the possibility of liberating disturbing feelings by being aware. This is called the self-liberating nature of emotions and it happens through leaving what is, just as it is. Stephan Pende introduces different attitudes towards healing in Buddhist meditaton and psychotherapy.
