Positive effekter ved yoga

De positive effekter ved yoga er mange og har været kendt i ca. 5000 år, men videnskaben er nu ved at kortlægge og bevise disse. Udover de mentale, psykologiske, spirituelle og energetiske effekter, kan yoga også have en positiv effekt på de fleste af kroppens systemer:

Yogaens fire veje til resultater

De fleste kender yoga som de fysiske øvelser - asana. Men det sande mål og mening med yoga kan hurtigst forklares ved The Five Points of Yoga by Vishnu Devanada. Kasper is an international certified RYS 200 Yoga Teacher in India at Arhanta Ashram by very skilled, experienced and recognized Indian Yoga Teachers. With worldwide accreditation by Yoga Alliance, International Yoga Federation, European Yoga Association, International Yoga Association and CRKBO (The Netherlands).

Kasper has thus also been practicing yoga and living an original yogi lifestyle during the whole course. In addition, classic asana practice, special classes, yogic philosophy, karma and reincarnation, yoga anatomy and physiology, diet and nutrition, breathing exercises, meditation, chanting, the four paths of yoga (Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Raja yoga), Kundalini yoga and much more. Yoga ethics, teaching techniques and teaching in accordance to the five standard building blocks: relaxation; conscious breathing; proper warm up; steady, comfortable poses; and proper sequencing of asanas.

Disclamer

It is recommended not to have eaten 2-4 hours before practicing yoga. Also, not to drink larger amounts of liquid, and not to drink other than sipping during practice. Yoga are steady and comfortable poses, where your mind and body are your guides. Be aware of and inform about any limitations. Never push yourself too hard or go beyond your limits – the red zone. For progress – try gently, carefully and gradually to push yourself a little – the yellow zone. Take necessary rests and enter a less challenging level when necessary – the green zone. Start out with doing e.g. 60-80% till you know yourself better. Yoga is known for many benefits and healing effects.

Though, in case of any doubt, always ask your medical doctor. E.g. if you in any way is in pain, ill, under treatment/medication or have dizziness, nausea, abdominal issues (diarrhea, ulcer, menstrual pain, hernia), serious/chronic pain, inflammation, eye-ear-nose infections, acute migraine/headache, brain injuries, recent surgery, scar tissue, joint-knee-hip-wrist-shoulder-neck-back issues, hyper flexibility, herniated discs (diskusprolaps), sciatica (iskias), SI-joint instability (sacroiliacaled/bækken), arthritis (gigt), osteoporosis (knogleskørhed), hypertension (højt blodtryk), hypotension (lavt blodtryk), cardiovascular issues, asthma/breathing disorders, anxiety, panic attacks etc. Children under 7-10 should avoid/be careful about certain asanas e.g. Headstand. All work, practice, participation, stay etc. is entirely and in any way at your own cost, risk and responsibility and none of the teachers, coaches, locations, managers etc. can be held reliable or be legal prosecuted in any way. Phones, photography, filming, recoding is not allowed.
